Lin has been a development lead on IBM Container Service in Bluemix since Oct 2014. Lin has successfully led the team through deliveries of Container experimental service in Dec 2014 and beta service in Feb 2015. Container service is a key foundational service as part of IBM Cloud foundational service and a critical element of the hybrid cloud portability.

Lin holds a master degree of information science from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a B.S. in Architecture from Xiamen University in China. She is a member of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) and serves as key members for various Invention Review Boards (Real Time Instant Messaging, Collaboration, Platform). She is recognized as a SWG master inventor since 2001. She has won Test Excellence Award, many Bravo awards and invention awards including quite a few high value patent awards. She currently holds 48 patent plateaus, 100+ patents pending with USPTO, and she frequently mentors others on inventions. She has published a number of articles at IBM Developer works and hundreds articles at IP.com.
